Your print(s) will be printed on museum-grade, acid- and lignin-free archival paper by our printing partner in Melbourne. After printing, each piece is thoroughly inspected for quality and then carefully packaged before making its way to you. Your print will be shipped unframed.

Please note that depending on the print size you have chosen, the final crop may differ slightly from what is displayed online. Colours may also vary very slightly from your screen to final print.

Print sizing generally falls into two main categories - A-series ("European sizing") and Inches (generally used in the US and UK).

Sizes listed here are the final print size including the small handling margin/border.

To make framing your print easier, we recommend choosing the sizing based on the standard in your country of residence.

Your print(s) will be shipped unframed, and carefully packaged with recycled acid-free backing board into a custom mailer box or rolled into a practically indestructible (and recycled!) mailing tube (packaging method is dependent on final print/order size).

Because each print is made to order, just for you, please allow 2-3 business days processing time on all orders.

All orders within Australia are sent through Australia Post and should arrive within 2-6 days after posting. International orders are sent by DHL, with delivery time dependent on the destination country. Please note that due to the COVID-19 outbreak, shipping times may be delayed compared to what you are used to. Express shipping worldwide is available for an additional fee, please send us an email to get a quote orders@jennsomewhere.com.

Prints:
each print is made to order, just for you! After printing, each piece is individually inspected for any imperfections in the paper / ink, and then hand-trimmed to final size and prepared for shipment. Because of the special attention each piece receives before it makes its way to you, refunds or exchanges are not available. If you feel that your print has imperfections or is damaged when it arrives please get in touch with us at orders@jennsomewhere.com to organize a replacement.

Presets:
all digital products are available as an immediate download, and as such are sold as final sale only. No refunds or exchanges will be given. Desktop presets are sold as .xmp files and may not be compatible with older versions of Adobe Lightroom. Mobile presets are sold as .dng files which you will need to transfer to your phone in order to use with the free Adobe Lightroom App.

We care about the environment and strive to produce and ship our prints in the most sustainable manner possible.

All prints are made to order, which minimizes waste. Packaging and mailing materials are sourced from recycled post-consumer waste and are all totally re-usable and 100% recycleable too.

Our printing partner in Melbourne is just as committed to sustainability, they re-use paper from offsets and flawed prints to use for test printing and paper samples, and all ink is responsibly recycled.
